In 2016 Worthing Brazilian Master Youth formed, catering for an Under 18s team, 2 youth teams and our Under 6s.
Over the next 2 years the club grew to cater for Under 6s, 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s, 12s, 13s and 18s preparing to play Adult Football.
Along with this we continued to take teams on our Annual Club Football Tours to Belgium, as well as taking our Under 18s team to Spain to play the Academy teams at Mostales, St Augustin and Leganes.
At the end of the 2018 season we were approached by another club who asked if our Under 18s team would represent them at level 11 (Step 7) of the English Football League system.
During this season, FBMY was formed to allow representation of both clubs.
Unfortunately, as the 2018-19 season drew to a close, decisions were being made that would create a pathway to re-establish the original club, leading to some volunteers deciding to step away.
This meant that during the season 2019-20, the established 10+ teams begun to move over to the re-established club - away from WBMY.
In 2020, with the now re-established club affiliating under their original name, some of the original members reformed and affiliated WBMY.
This decision was also driven by receiving messages from parents keen for us to help their children find the fun and love in football again, or to rebuild their confidence.
Now we look to the future and to create many more fond memories for our players and parents alike.

WBMY Open Sessions
Our Open Sessions are designed for all age groups Aged 6+, and are available to any player - whether with WBMY or not.
These sessions are designed to work on players confidence and improve their ability with the football.
These sessions do not generally work towards an actual match taking place at the end, as there is regularly a varied ability and age range within each session.
These sessions cost £10 a month (unless they are a player registered in one of our youth teams), payable online via bank transfer. The first session is always free for your child to trial US and decide if we are the right fit.
Players in these sessions may work on speed of feet, passing, shooting, body shape, skills and the principals of defending / attacking - to name a few.
We regularly work with players registered with other clubs in these sessions, providing additional training and helping with their confidence. Which has then gone on and proven to improve their training and match experience back with their team.
Please get in touch with any questions, or if you would like to book your child to come and join our sessions.
Youth Team Training
As groups evolve and numbers grow, we offer full team training sessions for the varied age groups.
These will integrate more technical elements of the game to aid in the further development of player knowledge.
Currently we run Under 12s, Under 13s and Under 16s all playing matches in the ACYFL league.
Worthing Brazilian Masters First Team
Our First Team currently play matches on Sundays in the Sussex Sunday Football League.
Even though the players are now adult, we still look to build their football knowledge and ability via technical sessions. But will always try to retain a relaxed, but focussed and fun atmosphere.
This team is the future pathway for the youth players to progress into, to remain enthused and stay in the game as they get older.
After their first season resulted in finishing 3rd in the league as well as finishing runners up in 2 cup finals, the First Team the got promoted 2 divisions and finished mid-table in the 2022-23 season.
This season we have allowed players from last seasons Under 16s to join - and agreed with the league to drop to a lower division to enable them to adjust to the adult game.
